Refund policy
At Upland Cotton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we do understand that things happen.
Return Policy:
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also have all original tags attached. Return shipping is a flat $10 charge.
We do not issue refunds, however, we do issue store credit. The amount from any returns that meet our below qualifications will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Shipping will not be refunded, unless there is an item damaged or defective.
Items such as Gift Cards, Markdowns, anything labeled final sale, And accessories will not be accepted.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Exchanges:
We can do an exchange for a different size if we have the product available. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we will issue you store credit.
